Desription .........  The Glen of Imaal Terrier is the smallest among Irish Terriers; his height is only 14.4 inches. The back is oblong; the coat is wiry, of medium length; the color is bluish, motley or wheat.

The Glen of Imaal descends from Wicklow (county in Ireland) and is considered the calmest of the Terriers. This breed isn’t widespread even in his native land, but, during the last decade, his popularity rose. He doesn’t have an aggressive character, and he likes to play very much, which makes this dog attractive as a pet.

Grooming doesn’t require much time. The Glen of Imaal likes exercise, but doesn’t enjoy excessive attention. He doesn’t eat much.
