Desription .........  Brittanies came to England from Normandy, their native land, not a very long time ago. It is a hunting dog that is used for hare and pheasant hunting. The Brittany is very active and not very big, his height being about 20 inches.

The Brittany has an even, thick, slightly wavy coat, which is easy to take care of. The coat color is mainly white with bright red, brown or black, but there can be also three-colored dogs. It doesn’t cost much to feed a Brittany, though sometimes he can have a large appetite. A Brittany’s figure is angular, with a comparatively short neck; the tail, which the dog wags in a friendly way, is usually cut short. A Brittany would make a wonderful, obedient family member and a diligent worker.

I think this organization is really doing a great job and who knows, if I get a bigger house, I might just find a partner for my adopted Rocky whom I found on the streets.
