Desription ......... The Welsh Springer Spaniel is a competitor of his English brother, while the Welsh claim that their Spaniel is the oldest breed. The Welsh Springer is slightly shorter than the English Spaniel (19 inches) and not so solidly built. It is a trusting, good-natured and kindhearted dog that likes to communicate with people and can easily be trained. Grooming is rather easy. The Welsh Springer Spaniel isn’t fastidious about food.

The Welsh Springer Spaniel has a shiny, even and thin coat of beautiful rich red and white color. He has a light gait and likes exercise. This breed justly became popular during the last few decades, and it’s popularity continues to grow
