Desription .........  The Tibetan Terrier is a mid sized dog with squarely proportioned body. It has wide and large eyes, usually colored in dark brown. The Tibetan Terrie is characterized by its v-shaped ears and a chest brisket that extends from the elbows.

The Tibetan Terrier has another unusual body feature. Its back legs are longer than front legs. As a result, it has unique standing characteristics.

However, this dog breed is famous for the double coat. Its coat is soft and long and grows beginning as straight to wavy fine hair. There is no specific pattern or color to the Tibetan Terrier.

A perfect Gift : I live in a very small apartment but I wanted to have a pet dog for company, so my veterinarian friend recommended a Tibetan terrier. First seeing at the dog, I already loved its looks, its long, soft and silky hair is so nice to touch. After two months with me, my Tibetan terrier has become indispensable because he not only guides my pad when I am in the office, he even keeps me company. He is like a human because he is very expressive and affectionate. He would come to my side every now and then and simply sit around me, just to make me feel his presence.
It is very intelligent and easy to train. I tried training him myself and he could easily follow my instructions. Unlike other dogs who are hard-headed, my Tibetan terrier easily grasps what I tell him and would rarely make any violent reaction.
My pet also makes me proud because every time I go out with him, the people who would see us would always say "what a beautiful dog!" Its appearance is really head turning. Of course being the owner, I really feel elated, it gives me inspiration to take care of him even more. I am planning to give this breed to my sister on her next birthday. I know this is one great gift that would really be appreciated.
